Another great photo from the 1970’s, and one that I suspect will make many a teacher of today’s children feel more than a tad jealous at just how engrossed the children are in the game. This is the Function Machine (referenced in early Addison Wesley Letter when visited 165 Woodland Drive), a simple computer really, which as you see had the children enthralled. I should know, I played this a lot before these children got to have a go with it!
